6 weeks to go until the Goofy !

Tomorrow will be my longest LSD yet. I have 14 miles scheduled. The weather looks favorable so should be a nice way to spend 4 hours outside. It is a long time by yourself. It gives you a lot of time to think and appreciate that I can still do this.

Yesterday was our Inaugural Turkey Trot race. We were able to collect over 3500 pounds of food for a local food bank. That will help 500 families!

Tomorrow off to Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco with forum friend and family! Should be a great day :)

Yesterday was another LSD. I was able to get 12.1 miles in before our race this Thursday. We have a big race on Thursday so lots of work. It is great to start a new tradition of a Turkey Trot to get people out and exercising before having a big Thanksgiving meal. It will also help raise a huge amount of food for the local food bank.

Goofy training is going well this year to date. Just missing having someone to train with this year :(
